Challenge

The Community Health Center of Snohomish County is a non-profit provider of primary medical, dental, and pharmacy services. CHC was founded in 1983 to serve the health needs of county residents who face barriers to health care.

Solution

  1. Working with a client who already had an established communication flow was great, but what they were still lacking was a well designed website that funneled leads properly into their client management software.

  2. Visual Conversion Rate Optimization -  We first worked to define their best personas and began the process of A/B conversion rate testing that would specifically convert the customers they wanted.

  3. Search Engine Optimization (on-site) -  Next, we built up their landing pages and fixed their site architecture based upon our keyword research. The onsite optimization was vital to keeping their website topics clear and concise for Google indexing.

  4. Google Analytics Data/Tracking - Before developing their content marketing plan, we integrated form tracking and goals to give us a realtime baseline of the effects of our future marketing efforts.

  5. Content Marketing Plan (on and off-site) - After fixing their site architecture and data, we worked on developing a blog marketing plan mixed with offsite optimization, Press Release promotion, Guest Posting, and Local Directory Optimization.
