Your Onboarding Specialist will lead you and your team through the first 30 days.

IRON
Interview – we’ll interview to continue to add knowledge about your business
Research – your Onboarding Specialist will do a deep dive on the internet to come up with a plan
Organize – after 2 weeks, we’ll review our research and plan with you, we’ll introduce you to your Strategist
Nail It – we’ll look for early wins, and make sure we have everything to get into a rhythm as a team
Starting Month 2
At the beginning of month 2 you and your Account Strategist will review all that was completed in the first 30 days and review everything that your new team will be doing for you going forward.
