The team at North Pacific Property Management serves the greater Puget Sound area. Our objective was to get them seen as the dominant-level property management team that they are, making it an easy choice for new customers looking to have their property managed.

The Challenge

North Pacific Property Management is one of the leading property management companies in the Pacific Northwest. Joshua Fant started the company and has helped turn it into a well known and established property management company, expertly managing single family homes, condos, townhouses, multi-family properties, and apartment buildings. Their service area includes all of King County Seattle and parts of Snohomish County (Lynnwood, Bellevue).

The team at NPPM works hard to stay ahead of the game by evolving the business and customer delight. When they first met Fannit, the company had recently updated their website and had 4-5 testimonials on Google Places, but had lost a number of their top rankings for money keywords.

The Solution

Working with a client who already had an established communication flow was great, but what they still lacked were rankings for their best keywords and social proof showing that they were the “go-to source” for property management within the search engine results. We needed to bump up their rankings so we implemented some changes to their site structure.

By researching and adding keywords and high-authority backlinks to the content of their site, they quickly began to rise back in the rankings and capture new customers.

  • Social Proof Campaigns –  We wanted to reinforce search engine rankings and optimize leads from the search engine results by demonstrating overwhelming social proof. Because Joshua had been providing great services, the campaign we set up to drive testimonials to his Google Places account ended up netting about 38 positive reviews. This left him with 42 reviews total and a rating of 4.4 out of 5 star rating. The next closest competitor has 22 reviews. With this in place, we started refining his rankings.
  • SEO (on-site) –  Next, we built landing pages and fixed their site architecture based upon our keyword research. The onsite optimization was vital to keeping their website topics clear and concise for Google indexing.
  • Google Analytics Data/Tracking – Before developing their content marketing plan, we integrated form and call tracking to give us a real-time baseline of the effects of our future marketing efforts.
  • Inbound Marketing Plan (on and off-site) – After fixing their site architecture and data, we worked on developing a blog marketing plan mixed with off-site Social Media, Press Release promotion, Guest Posting, and Local Directory Optimization.
